Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use hubspot to manage almost all of our processes at Eddy. I use it to manage all customer interactions and notes.

It is better than the other CRM I've used which was Zendesk.
Hubspot is way better than zendesk in every way.

Hubspot is great to email, call, and leave notes on customer accounts. There a lot of automations I can set up to help me organize my tasks and keep my customers happy.

Something that would be very helpful is adding a texting feature. Many of our customers prefer texting.
