Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Very useful in managing my leads. It keeps track of all my communication with my leads. The most important part that I like about Hub Spot is the Data security. All my data is streamlined, and it makes my work more productive. Overall, it is a very good tool to manage all your leads.

  • It would be great to list the name of the person who has opened the mail if we are sending mail to multiple recipients.

I've used Salesforce in my previous organization, and I'm using Hubspot in my current organization. And I have to admit that it outperforms Salesforce in terms of user interaction, reporting, and leads management. I'm able to team my team's performance effectively with the help of reports, and integrating it with my email makes my work easier.
With the kind of reporting, leads management, and email tracking, I think it outperforms all the other CRMs that are out there in the market. I would definitely recommend HubSpot to my connections and friends as I could see a significant change in the productivity of my team members and also in the entire organization.

It is very useful if you have a big team and everyone is working on very large databases as it segregates the data and every team is assigned a set of databases where they can work on their database which is assigned to them so that every team member can work only on their data and do not work on others data.
