Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot for a number of reasons within out organization. It helps us with marketing automation, email sequences, inbound marketing, reporting, analytics, and CRM integration.
  • HubSpot does a good job with helping our organization easily create and manage our marketing campaigns.
  • HubSpot does a good job helping our sales team create automated email sequences and tasks to their leads. It's very user friendly and simple to understand, integration, and inbound marketing leads
  • Having the ability to match our CRM with leads and contacts, rather then marking everyone a contact
  • Mobile app
  • Lead management
  • Email sequences
  • Simple UI
I transparently don't have anything to compare it to, but I think HubSpot was fairly simple to learn and I can navigate around with ease.

I really like the task set up, helps me keep tabs on what I need to do when I open up my task every day and easily go down the line and finish each one.
