Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is utilized in my organization to organize circling activities. This allows us to have a widespread user interface to share amongst team members.

HubSpot is easier to use than Salesforce. I would say it has a more accessible user interface.
As I mentioned, Salesforce has a lot of user interface issues that I don't find with HubSpot.

HubSpot is great for a centralized dashboard amongst team members. HubSpot needs improvement on bug fixes and automation.
