Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use Hubspot daily to put prospects into a sequence, call, email, and set tasks. I book meetings and adjust deal types and stages within the CRM.
  • Very simple to use.
  • Great service.
  • Very speedy.
  • User friendly.
  • Prospecting function.
  • Contracts could be easier to edit redlines.
  • HS is down occasionally.
  • I think it helps with revenue growth because it ensures I'm following up with all prospects.
Easier than any platform I've ever used.
Can't stand Salesforce; too complicated and confusing. I always lost track of my opportunities. Never had that problem with HS!

It's extremely easy to use, especially if you are new to sales. It is self-explanatory very user-friendly and accessible.
