Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

It helps us keep track of our sales funnel and understand what types of activities we are spending our time on. It also ensures we don't drop the ball on key accounts and sales activities.
  • Kanban style card management.
  • Pulling information from email threads.
  • Editing details within a created card.
  • Recommended automation flows.
  • Ability to save views in dashboard reports without changing the report itself.
  • Colour customization in dashboard reports.
  • Hubspot helps us achieve revenue growth by giving us a good lens on what sales activities are happening.
  • Understanding of deal cycles for existing clients and new business.
  • Understanding of deal cycles by product type.
I've used Salesforce previously. I think Salesforce allows for more information to be saved and quantified and is more dynamic with individual client and lead records. But Hubspot is very useful on a surface level, and for the needs of my current job, I think it does the trick well.
I've used Salesforce in previous jobs, but we were already using HubSpot when I joined the business development team at my current company. I don't know if they looked into Salesforce when they were vetting different software or how they came to the decision to use Hubspot. However, in my experience, Salesforce is quite expensive and that can be a limiting factor.

Yes

I would recommend it, but we really only use it with the BD team. We don't use it as much to manage overall client relationships. We use Asana for our project management, and it would be nice to have better integration with that platform so PMs can see information without having Hubspot access directly.
