We use it to organize our prospects and log outreach & follow up information. This helps us stay organized throughout our customer cycle.

Salesforce was easier to navigate, but Hubspot has some great features. The one problem that keeps occurring is that it automatically creates new contacts/accounts even when I add a specific email to a company profile
