Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use Hubspot to manage contacts, send basic emails, send marketing emails, track deals, and keep track of sales-related tasks. It is essential for my role as I track the emails I have sent to better schedule meetings and follow-ups. I would not be able to track all the data I need without Hubspot.

- It is so hard to import contacts. The fields in my spread sheet rarely import properly the first time.
- AB testing would be helpful
- Being able to add contacts that have opened an email to another sequence from the current sequence.
- I have not sold anything yet but I will soon
It is not as good as slaesloft but I do not have to have multiple account I can do everything in Hubspot so I prefer Hunbspot over salesforce and al the things I have to add on.
