Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use Hubspot to manage leads, contact information, tasks, notes, deals, deal status. I do full cycle sales meaning that I act as both the SDR and AE in my current roll. I also have been in charge of developing and managing partnerships; tho we just got a new partnership team member to who this will be transitioning to.
- Contacts
- Pipeline status.
- Tasks and the ease of updating.
- In application dialer.
- Text messaging.
- Opportunity/Current customers: it's tough to see a list of current clients and the opportunity to sell. Salesforce was so much better for this.
- Reports for prospecting/ re engagements with close lost deals.
- Negative ROI on sales rep adoption it is hard to navigate.
- Negative ROI on sequences - having to create an email for each template is terrible.
- Negative ROI for signature and font in the system. I have to reset these areas frequently, and updating them takes a lot of time.
We selected HubSpot because of its pricing. It gives decent CRM capabilities without the Sales Force Admin pricing that comes with a more robust system.
