Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Our sales team mainly uses HubSpot CRM. It helps us reach out to new potential prospects, which is essential for our organization as it can lead to new contracts or give our customers a proper idea of what we do. In addition, HubSpot CRM is straightforward to interact with, which always motivates our teams to do more.
  • HubSpot CRM stops sequences once the prospect has responded, which helps avoid confusion.
  • HubSpot CRM also tracks the number of sequences completed by each team member, motivating users to always strive for the top.
  • HubSpot CRM also keeps track of how many meetings you achieve, which is a great advantage.
  • HubSpot CRM could update the prospect positions through their responses to avoid confusion.
  • HubSpot CRM has the capacity to track the number of meetings your team members are accomplishing, but it is not very accurate.
  • HubSpot CRM could also automatically remove a potential prospect from receiving sequences when they clearly state it in their responses.
  • HubSpot CRM helps our sale team to get new deals.
  • HubSpot CRM also helps us keep track of our customers, as we can see all the emails that are sent to them, which helps to avoid confusion.

HubSpot CRM is well suited for sales teams that are responsible for sending sequences to potential customers and exploring new possibilities with them. However, HubSpot CRM email is a little complicated when it comes to responding to customers, so I prefer to use traditional email to respond.
