Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it to track sales leads, send automated emails, view data from leads and customers, and send marketing emails, among other things.
  • Collects data from leads.
  • Creates tailored content suggestions.
  • Follow up reminders.
  • Too many features, layout is not very clear.
  • Templates section for emails is hard to access.
  • We improved our metrics to attribute which emails/workflows revenue is coming from.
HubSpot ultimately provides more metrics and custom workflow automation than Close CRM.

Ultimately, HubSpot's data is great compared to other systems and helps us improve sequences/workflows for A/B testing, but it is complex and hard to understand at times.
