Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM to track tickets, email, reporting all in one localised place which gives us ease of use and the ability to see where we can improve
  • reporting of tickets
  • communication externally
  • reporting on our stats
  • remove email threads and just use the latest reply
  • highlight notes better
  • pros - its made the entire team aware of where we are lacking
different user cases but they HubSpot CRM seems to just work
