Deal tracking. We have many deals in our pipeline and HubSpot helps with staying on top of progress, next steps, tasks, contact information, etc.
- orders contacts
- tasks and notes
- different stages of pipeline
- upgrading customer subscriptions is difficult
- email contacts should link to all related deals automatically
- too many default fields to fill in on deals
- tasks help close more deals because it reminds you to follow up
- contact lists help multi thread with sales efforts
- email templates allows for easier outreach
