Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

In my experience, Human Interest is meant to be an easy "set it and forget" for our 401K management.
  • Easy to use platform
  • Easy processes to follow
  • Good FAQs
  • It could use better customer service
  • I feel like there are forced cash outs
  • Improvements for Payroll Team
  • I would like to see more reliable account reps, as in our experience, ours has changed 5+ times
  • -In my opinion, it has increased time babysitting for issues and issues correction
  • -I would like more prompt response than our former provider
It is an improvement over ADP, but, in my opinion, that isn't saying much.

Using Human Interest

In my experience, we had lots of problems at implementation, lots of problems in the early months, including a deduction being put on the completely wrong employee, delayed responses, ongoing issues, and a frequently changing account rep, and things were reported as resolved by "not done".
