Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
In my experience, Human Interest is meant to be an easy "set it and forget" for our 401K management.
- Easy to use platform
- Easy processes to follow
- Good FAQs
- It could use better customer service
- I feel like there are forced cash outs
- Improvements for Payroll Team
- I would like to see more reliable account reps, as in our experience, ours has changed 5+ times
- -In my opinion, it has increased time babysitting for issues and issues correction
- -I would like more prompt response than our former provider
It is an improvement over ADP, but, in my opinion, that isn't saying much.
