I like using IBM RPA because it's very user friendly, and easy to use. I like it more because it works unattended mainly during when humans cannot work, it apply automation to efficiently simplify our daily tasks that are time-consuming hence we save lots of working hours. This tool allows interaction with apps or functional tools in my organization by imitating human actions, and reducing errors that affect our business processes and development of our business.
