LinkedIn Talent Hub

LinkedIn Talent Hub is not very organized and could be easier to navigate.

Usability

The system has allowed us to go mostly paperless and puts information at our fingertips that we used to have to go searching for in storage.

iCIMS Talent Acquisition Software Suite has robust out-of-the-box reporting, with options to customize easily. It's great for EECO/OFCCP compliance. Not sure what guides for recruiting and hiring managers cannot be printed/downloaded for easier access.
