Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I personally have used iContact for over a decade to stay in touch with referral sources and past clients. It's ease of use and versatility allow me to be creative in my efforts to stay "top of mind" with potential clients and sources of business.

Much more reasonable guidelines for acceptable content than other programs I have tried
Easy to understand tracking data
Contact management is a breeze with custom lists

The editing of custom emails can be a little frustrating sometimes, Changing fonts and sizes, resizing and positioning images...

Return on Investment

I don't think I could work without it.
It is an integral tool for my email marketing.
Pays for itself every day!

Alternatives Considered

Constant Contact

More versatile and less restrictive regarding content. I tried Constant Contact first and quickly became frustrated and was happy to find iContact.

Likelihood to Recommend

I use it for ALL mass communications. Not suited for personal individual emails.
