Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Ads (Sponsored Jobs)
- Middle Management

- General Mid-Career
- General Entry-Level
- Sourcing Candidates
- Steady Candidate Pool
- Knock Out Rounds
- Not as much movement with harder to fill positions
- Increased applicant flow from 5 to 10
- Easy use of disqualifying candidates
- Great historical data to fall back on for repeat candidates
Other platforms tend to recycles the same candidates over and over again. Indeed Ads provides new candidates almost daily. My time to fill has gone from maybe 60 days to around 45. Indeed Ads allows that cycle to continue without much downtown. It’s absolutely improved my recruiting numbers and continues to deliver.
I prefer to log in and use Indeed Ads myself. I can easily move through each candidate and make a decision quickly on if they are qualified or not. I can then get an email out to each candidate within minutes. There’s no need for a middle man when AI is pushing the candidates right to my fingertips.
My company hires for an incredible amount of positions and we needed a platform that catered to each and every one of those positions. Because Indeed is so well known , it did just that. Every recruiter is able to get results from using Sponsored Ads. Some positions are harder to fill than others but it doesn’t take away from the success, overall.
Indeed Ads doesn’t recycle applicants like some other platforms I have used. With other platforms, I have to go back and check to see if we have interviewed the person previously. Indeed Ads usually gives me new applicants daily. It’s exactly what I need with a high turnover position. It’s a waste of time to receive applicants that already work for my company or have interviewed previously.
