Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Sponsored Jobs

I use Indeed Sponsored Jobs the most for positions that require specific expertise, education, or experience. I typically have 20-30 positions posted at any given time listing in multiple states at one time. Indeed Sponsored Jobs saves me a great deal of time because they are working for me while I am able to focus on other areas.
  • Allows me to target various regions.
  • Track regular progress through metrics.
  • Allows me to make changes in relatively real time.
  • Post videos with my job ads through my ATS.
  • Communication and capabilities through ATS.
  • Make real time changes more "real time".
  • None that I can think of.

Even when I drill down my job ad I still get a good bit of unqualified candidates. This may be ok for the hiring officer that wants to be flooded with resumes but I, not any of my managers have time for resume sifting. We may get a tone of applicants in comparison to other job boards but the quality of candidates does not compete as well with other job boards.
