Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Sponsored Jobs

I use Indeed as our primary recruitment platform for multiple companies under our portfolio. Indeed allows us to easily navigate the many different industries and various roles for which we often need to search. We recruit for companies all across the country and are able to do so with ease, simultaneously.

  • Customer service.
  • Guided demos of new functions.
  • Invoicing needs to be more transparent.
  • Limited payment options.
  • Applicant diversity.
  • Time to hire.
  • Applicant experience/relevancy.
- Creative agency roles such as graphic designers, creative traffic managers, and account coordinators.
- Manufacturing industry roles such as production workers, service technicians, and office managers.
- Investment banking roles such as mergers & acquisitions advisory firm analysts.
- Business management roles such as bookkeepers and human resource managers.
Our Indeed support team far exceeds the support I've received from any other recruitment platform. We have a dedicated account executive AND a client support specialist, both of whom go out of their way to assist with everything from making our job ads more effective to make the billing process more transparent. They are a rock star team that truly takes the stress out of recruiting!

We've found great luck using the sponsored jobs to promote roles in multiple regions. When recruiting for a manufacturing Service Technician, we received only a few applicants in our region. Indeed advised us on how to add additional, local regions to our sponsored ad, which helped our efforts significantly. Alternatively, there have been some roles, such as a developer for certain software, for which we have had much less success, despite opening up a nationwide search.
