Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Sponsored Jobs

We have multiple needs in 26 states, over 180+ locations, we need to ensure we have the flow needed to attract and hire the right candidate. Using the sponsored jobs feature has allowed us to be competitive in our markets, and thus far has been a very useful tool for us.
  • Increases Times when YOUR jobs are visible
  • Ensures that you will have solid views of your job
  • Provides the resumes match feature when you are working fast, this is pretty quick to use and invites people to look at your opening.
  • I'd like a refresh button to "re-post" the job and not have 5 steps to close it, and then re-open it.
  • I wish the resume search feature was better set up for searching key terms, it at times doesn't show what we are searching for.
  • With the number of people who consistently apply, I wish they would be flagged and easier to see the notes on what we had on the prior. Currently, we have to click on individual job posts to see what notes we have on them. That at times slows us down.
  • With out our current set up, we would be behind our hireing needs.
  • Our consistent tweaking and changing of the positions,
We run a lot of retail positions, Indeed helps us find what we need in various cities across the country. At times, when we post our corporate jobs, they do equally as well or better as they are in more professional positions.
NA
I wish the response would be faster, at times we wait over 24-48 hours for a response. Also, we have had 5 different support managers in our time. Our sales Rep has done a solid job keeping us where we need to be, but the technical problems we have at times could be better. Lastly, the invoice system is constantly changing and many times those links don't work, and that slows down our payment process as we cannot print the needed itemized invoice.
Due to a glitch, and how our firm is set up, we were forced to become a sponsor or we would not be allowed to post on Indeed. Our issue is that we post the "same" opening in a lot of cities across the US, we also close and repost a lot in the same cities, more due to need and turnover. Indeed felt we were spamming the market when in fact we were running our business accordingly. After a few high-level calls, becoming a sponsor was the best way to remain on Indeed. At times, the "free" postings would be fair well for some of our positions, but we do not have that option.

I'd like more control of the overall account budget. While I know we could change our setup and price each opening accordingly, there are times within our end of the month when the budget isn't 100% met, where it gets used on positions that may not need it. I'd like a priority button that we could turn on to ensure "more" spending occurs on certain higher-needed areas. that we can turn off once we have met what we need...etc.
