Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Sponsored Jobs

Indeed Sponsored Jobs helps me develop new jobs or refresh current job on a weekly or even daily basis as the needs of business change. The dashboard is easy to use and its analytics are AWESOME! Most importantly, I'm able to manage our ad campaign to stay within our recruitment budget with PROVEN results!!

Pros

  • Individualize our ads to a geo-fenced area in each of our tri county service area.
  • Able to turn our ads on and off in order to keep within our recruitment budget.
  • Ability to develop an individualized Home Page to spotlight our Agency and Employees!

Cons

  • Keep on top of technological advances as you currently do!!
  • We are able to turn an applicant into an employee within a week.
  • The ability to tun our ad on and off helps us focus our recruitment efforts while maintaining our budget.
The simple ease and ability to change our ads daily make Sponsored Jobs invaluable. Also, we are able to create a general job ad and a Job specific ad in one single ad. The platform offers multiple pop up for editing suggestions and the ability to recreate an existing ad saves valuable time.
ITAB campaign is a new product offering which as enabled up to get job seekers directly to our Home Page on Indeed.
