Overall Satisfaction with Influitive

We use Influitive as both an engagement tool for our customers and to generate acts of advocacy to support our business goals.

The necessity to deepen relationships with customers is greater than ever, so we need a platform to support our efforts. Influitive allows us to get to know our customers better, understanding who they are and what they care about. From a business perspective, we're able to gather product feedback and insights that help us to shape the future of the business.

Our principal areas of focus are:
Generating peer reviews
Gathering testimonials
Supporting our sales teams with reference calls
Creating a feedback loop
Inviting referrals
Enhancing our NPS completion rate and overall sentiment

The program is gamified which allows us to thank our customers for their engagement, rewarding them for their participation.
  • The gamified functionality is perfect as we look to create a fun but rewarding environment.
  • The UI is clean and fresh, making it easy for customers to navigate.
  • The variety of options for content helps us to share all manner of artifacts.
  • The ability to segment our audience seamlessly allows us to target subsets of our demographic with valuable content.
  • The Influitive team are constantly available to support and offer advice to improve our program.
  • The translations feature is good, but supporting more global languages would be beneficial.
  • Calculating ROI is key, but not every organization measures the same metrics. Whilst the default options are good, the ability to easily add more specific metrics would be valuable.
  • There are plenty of integrations available, but with more and more vendors offering complementary solutions, Influitive will need to add to this area.
  • Customer sentiment for those who are members of our program, has increased as a result of Influitive.
  • Our reference group works with us to support the sales process, providing insights to potential customers and helping to close deals.
  • Colleagues across the business have been able to gather hugely useful insights from engaged customers, helping to shape the future of the business.
  • The increase in peer reviews, on sites like TrustRadius, has ensured that we are well-positioned in our market(s) and seen as a vendor of choice for new customers.
The Influitive team are always on hand to support the development and growth of the program.

It is obviously in their interest for our program to succeed, but there's a genuine feeling that the team care about their customers and want to do everything they can to ensure success.

We have a CSM who we talk to regularly. As an Influitive expert (and formerly a customer), she is very well positioned to offer advice and guidance. We are also in regular contact with the Influitive leadership team, giving us the opportunity to be heard by those responsible for the future of the solution.
The Influitive platform makes generating and tracking requests a breeze.

We are able to design content for all use cases and segment our audience to target the right customers in each case. The reporting functionality makes it simple to track the activities that our customers complete and feed back to the business.

Prior to acquiring Influitive, many of these processes required a level of manual intervention and relied on individuals tracking key metrics using spreadsheets or other documents. Influitive has saved us significant time in this area.
We didn't evaluate any other vendors, having been recommended to speak to Influitive.

The Influitive platform is an excellent solution for any organization looking for ways to engage a broad, global customer base. The standard functionality enables us to deliver an experience that our customers enjoy, delivering value to both them and the business.

The reporting allows us to track key metrics and easily report on progress, as often as necessary. This is key when we look to demonstrate the value the program is delivering.

People like rewards, so the gamified nature of the platform makes it easy for customers to earn points towards items of interest. The ability for us to include a wide variety of options (swag, gift cards, discounts on solutions and charitable donations), means that we can offer something for everyone.
