Influitive Review
We are still working through this process. But we have been working on a way to capture and share out customer testimonials with a story library that we continually update and share out to the greater team to use for content creation or to add a proof point for a prospect.

Best in class advocacy tool
Prior to using Influitive to track requests we were using a mix of excel and Salesforce with an extension of RefEdge and this was only some of the requests, most were lost to the notebooks and inboxes of colleagues without our visibility. By launching a program on Influitive we're more visible within the business and internally there's more incentive to follow our processes and ensure every single activity is tracked. Once it is tracked, the reporting and dashboards within Influitive enable us to provide valuable data back to the business that helps to strengthen our colleagues trust in our processes. We're also able to make sure that customers feel rewarded and valued for giving us their time.

Influitive - engaging customers through gamified interactions
The Influitive platform makes generating and tracking requests a breeze.<br><br>We are able to design content for all use cases and segment our audience to target the right customers in each case. The reporting functionality makes it simple to track the activities that our customers complete and feed back to the business. <br><br>Prior to acquiring Influitive, many of these processes required a level of manual intervention and relied on individuals tracking key metrics using spreadsheets or other documents. Influitive has saved us significant time in this area.

Awesome Platform...Totally worth every penny!
Reporting is seamless however one needs to be cautious of the options and selection you make. The good part is the AM and support team is helpful and they make life between business goals and customer-centric initiatives effortless. We have been using Influitive for over 6 years and believe the tool and new updates are working well and have a long way to go, especially introducing comprehensive analysis
Influitive has allowed us to put so much of our goals under one roof. Before Influitive there were all kinds of email and slack threads about advocacy that didn't all feel consolidated. Now that we have the platform, we can get a very clear picture of activity and ROI.

It's very easy and intuitive to track customer activity in Influitive especially through the initial interface which provides a summary of activity per advocate, where you can then deep dive into the advocate's profile and activity in more detail. Internal requests are largely handled through a form, completed by anyone who wants to use the platform to gain access to our advocate community.

Influitive allows us to bridge the gap between our Customer Success team and Marketing/Sales teams and has allowed us to take note of our key superpromoters. Before Influtive there were many emails sent by different people in the organization to try and recruit/mobilize advocactes, but with Influitive we are able to roll-out campaigns and activities that recruits/mobilizes advocated in a time-effective and accurate way
We use Influitive to gain insider knowledge on our customers, their favorite things, what they like to do, so that we can customize their experience. We also promote other sides of our business that customers may not be aware of to grow our business. Beforehand everything had to be done in one on one meetings, now that we have Influitive we can do it virtually
