Overall Satisfaction with INFUSEmedia
We need a volume of leads to hit our KPIs and INFUSEmedia is one of our trusted partners when it comes to partnering with us to help us generate leads and hit our KPIs. Having worked with similar vendors before, I found INFUSEmedia to be trustworthy and provide high quality leads at an acceptable price. Highly recommend to those wanting to generate good quality leads for their business
- High quality leads
- Great customer service, fast and friendly
- They own their 1st party data, they are not resellers
- Probably the business model overall, if you sign up for content syndication, this is a database building exercise, you can't contact these leads as oddly they don't remember the content they've downloaded
- Because it's content syndication, it's fixed CPL so it's easy to forecast demand and return
- A lot of leads generated are raw so they don't usually get to pipeline stage until at least 2 quarters, it's a long game for us
- High quality job titles, however like any CS provider, need to double check the titles to ensure the job titles generated are correct
1st party data owners, healthy and high quality volume of leads, great customer service
