Overall Satisfaction with Infusionsoft

Helped me to build and then sell my company for 8 figures! Flexibility! If I want to send emails, no problem. Faxes - Done. Internal communications - No problem. Voice mail - You betcha'. No other software can do this - It's not just online marketing it's fully integrated marketing software that even gives you a visual campaign builder to boot!
  • Customer Support - I can call and someone actually picks up the phone. Then I can use the online chat, yep a real person there too. Email my guy and he gets back with me right away (Thanks Ryan) What else can I say. This software has made me freakin millions of dollars. Plain and simple.
  • Functionality - Like I said earlier, fully integrated online and offline and oh yeah, did I mention I had all of my outside sales staff on it too. Scheduling and rating sales appointments and getting me feedback for this national sales effort. I had sales staff in 6 different states and 4 physical locations all using Infusionsoft.
  • Product Quality - I have seen it grow over the last 6 plus years and improvement after improvement keep making it easier for me to get business.
  • Ease of use - At first, it was tough, no doubt about it. But so was my Mac, my PC, and every software I ever bought. But then, they trained me, they have a bazillion hours of online training on every possible subject you could think of and it that wasn't enough you can just give them a call and they'll help you through any problems or just general questions.
  • I wish it was free, but then again I am a cheapskate so I really don't want to pay for anything. But if I look at the ROI on this software I should thank the Gods that it was available to help me build my business at any cost!
  • Because of using Infusionsoft and developing a fully integrated online and offline marketing system I was able to sell my last business for 8 figures.
  • Nothing could compare to the functionality of Infusionsoft, plus they are everywhere you look nowadays.
Used Constant Contact, I shopping cart and Kajabi - Yep Infusionsoft has CRM plus Credit Card and shopping cart processing PLUS membership websites with CustomerHub. Noone else can do all this in a one stop shop. NO ONE! So if you are serious about business success and business growth and a marketing and sales system then your search is over, you have found the best - Infusionsoft!
I am still using Infusionsoft. So far I own 3 different applications of it for 3 separate companies, plus 2 Customerhub membership sites. I keep using it because it quite simply performs and gives me consistently high ROI. Industrial repair business - Infusionsoft, Business growth consulting company - Infusionsoft, Air Conditioning contractor business - Infusionsoft. It works, plain and simple.
Be prepared for some work, like anything this is well worth pursuing and implementing into your business. If you are serious about making money than this is the CRM software for you. If you just want to say at parties that you have a software that's popular and well known but could care less if you get ROI then by all means don't get involved with Infusionsoft. This is for serious entrepreneurs that want serious ROI.
