Overall Satisfaction with Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)
Our marketing department uses Infusionsoft by Keap primarily. We use it as an email tool for our customer engagement as well as a tool that handles our recurring billing process.

- Negatively, Keap has made internal decisions that will remove support from many merchant accounts. This decision has caused us to look elsewhere after using them for years. Costs associated with processing payments through Keap should be analyzed deeply before you jump in. You could find, like us, that it isn't worth the high costs with other solutions available.
We are currently looking to Konnective as a new solution and replacement for Keap. They appear to be a great solution with much lower costs.
