Overall Satisfaction with Innotas
Recently had to work with Innotas to do an authentication migration of our existing SSO infrastructure. On this project I'm currently working with about 10 vendors whose SAAS applications that we use that are using SSO. Innotas support in this migration was an oasis in a bleak and parched desert of general pushback, unwillingness to work, and lack of technical knowledge.
The support person I worked with was an 180 degree opposite of my experience with other vendors. Kudos on them for hiring intelligent people willing to go out of their way to insure a customer met their deadlines on a project.

- Their support level allowed me to achieve a tight deadline on a project that had C level visibility. Note the critical nature of this project was not mentioned to innotas, as far as they knew it was just another day like any other but they went above and beyond to assist.
