Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

I use Insightly to manage a database of my students. It houses all of my correspondence and notes with all of the students that I oversee and counsel.

Pros

  • Works seamlessly with my desktop email system.
  • Allows me to send mass emails.
  • Gives me many, customizable options to sort my students.

Cons

  • It is having issues hooking directly to my email server. I'm not sure which side this is happening on, but it is most unfortunate.
  • Centralized contact management
Absolutely. In addition to helping me with each story, I use the tasks to remember to call and email students on a regular basis.
So much easier to use!
It is terrific for tracking interactions of any kind. In my case, I am tracking my interactions with my students to help me remember their stories. My database houses hundreds of students, and my notes really help me in making them feel heard, remembered and special.
