Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
It is used by our sales team as a client database. Some reps use it more than others. I use it to store client contact information as well as prospect lists.
- The app can be convenient when you are traveling
- I like that it uses smart technology
- It is cumbersome to have to first create a new organization and then create a new contact within that organization. You are entering the same information twice.
- It is very cumbersome and requires too many steps to do a search by filter or list and then export it to Excel. Then you have to wait for an email and search your junk mail to find a list you pulled.
- It's not efficient or convenient. If you search within the organization tab you may not find a client contact and vice versa if you search in the client tab you may not find an organization.
