Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We use Insightly as a CRM type software. We keep track of all of our clients and what activity goes on with them. This allows us to be on top of all necessary tasks for the clients.
  • User friendly
  • Offers great detail on a client-specific basis
  • Can integrate nicely with other services
  • I use some of the options less often, so they just take up some space on the page.
Inisghtly has allowed for me and other members of my team to be more organized thus leading to better execution of our services with our clients.
At a previous company we used Zoho which was used similarly as a CRM, but I found Zoho's capabilities less effective than Inisghtly. Zoho offered much less capabilities.
I think in similar situations, as a CRM it is quite helpful. We as a team of account managers are the main users of Inisghtly at our company, but I think it would be very useful for sales teams as well.
