Insightly is a cost effective platform for tracking client and prospect communications and opportunities.

Pros

  • Managing activities / tasks
  • Integrating with gmail
  • Tracking call histories

Cons

  • Can duplicate contacts where email addresses have been assigned to previous contacts
  • Activities can be difficult to reschedule in bulk
  • Mobile app could be improved
  • Increased Sales

Yes - Insightly has been a great management tool for coordinating a broad range of contact relationships.
  • sage act
I used an old version of Act which didn’t offer cloud access so of the two Insightly has been better. That said, newer versions of Act offer this
Great for small businesses with a limited budget trying to manage client / prospect relationships
