Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We use Insightly as a CRM system for our business development and sales activities. It enables us to keep track of prospects/contacts to build our database. Although we know it offers a lot more than we're currently using we still haven't had time to integrate it fully into our process but we plan to do it ASAP.
Pros
- Perfect CRM system for any kind of industry with a logical user interface for filling in data
- Multiple apps integration enables you to perfectly integrate into your process
- Although we're just testing the automation part of the platform we're extremely excited about the possibilities in terms of cutting the repetitive activities of our business development and sales process, without risking the process failure
Cons
- Nicer UX design
I hope it to be an all-fulfilling platform for my business development and selling process needs - which in simplified form presents following the customer from the phase of prospecting (researching and building leads database) process of converting (adding and using specific data for each prospect) and following up with the repurchase opportunities. Frankly, the limitations of the platform so far are only due to my failure of discovering the full capabilities of the platform.
Before Insigtly I've been using notes and Excel spreadsheets which obviously can't even begin to compare to the Insightly platform.
