Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
Our team uses Insightly to manage, track and update all of our Solar installation projects. It offers a wide range of tools for data analytics and workflow automation, which streamline our day-to-day processes without having to write any code. Once fully customized to our workflows, the ease of use and amount of time saved have been substantial!
- Workflow automation.
- Connects to apps.
- Contact/data management.
- Dashboard cards have a limited ability to customize the appearance.
- Adding new cards to a dashboard will occasionally interfere with the entire layout.
- Dashboard auto-refresh only occurs every hour, meaning the data shown can be up to an hour old rather than live (but the data can be refreshed manually from each card).
- As our business is expanding rapidly, the scalable solutions available mean that the workload remains manageable.
I only wish that our system administrator had more time to develop the available workflow automation!
