Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

I mainly use Insightly API to pull data to a database so I can view it through Vue.js components. Some issues I would say is the process of even getting the API and the fields that we need is a lot longer and harder process than other services
  • The Dashboard at the front that is overview of data is helpful
  • Instructions on how to use the API Development
  • Insightly has trouble loading for sales
  • Insightly doesn't always sync up with what we need
  • Insightly has made it possible for us to pull data to our custom application which. This application will not only help us but out clients
I dont work a ton with Insightly just the development aspect of it not really the calling and collecting the data. I just am going off of what I have been told throughout my company
I think insightly has a lot of potential. I think there are still some things like loading and syncing issues that cause problems for the sales side of my company and I think that insightly can be impactful in a good way but also bad in other way. These issues can make it hard for our sales team to be able to do what they need to do when insightly is causing those issues

If you are making calls and need to keep track for multiple companies who do all different thing I think it is set up very well for that. I have not personally used the Marketing for insightly but I have heard good things about it
