Overall Satisfaction with Instapage

We use Instapage company wide. It handles all of our landing page needs. We drive social ads to those landing pages in order to increase our brand awareness and drive our audience into the top of our funnel. The amount of time it takes to create a page vs other services is exactly the reason we use it EVERYWHERE!
  • Full customizable landing page and form builder. This is crucial for us.
  • A ton of integrations. We love the ability to connect our email system effortlessly.
  • Support is out of this world. All of our tickets are answered within 24 hours and usually less.
  • Price is the best around. For what we get, it's unbeatable.
  • More integrations, I know they are adding more all the time though.
  • Keep putting out awesome templates.. we can't get enough!
  • Lowered the cost of customer aquisition
  • Increase the ROI of our social ads
  • Reduced time spent on design and branding

Before finding Instapage, we used literally every landing page builder out there. NONE of them offered a free getting started plan. They all want to take your credit card and hold a deposit hostage in case you don't like their system. Well I NEVER try anything without a free trial. We were beyond thrilled to see this in place and when we started to customize our own forms and pages... it was DEAD simple. The full customization, along with the awesome price is for sure the reason we are loyal to Instapage.
If you're looking to build landing pages to really up your marketing game, Instapage is what you need. We spend a ton of money on social ads and without a landing page to send them to, it would be almost pointless.

The amount of time we spend to A/B test these pages is extremely minimal as their system is already setup for that, so if you want to run tests, this is for you as well.

Again, support is just awesome. I've never had any issues go over 24 hours and the people are friendly and speak English really well.

Yes - I have the pro account so I get phone support. I barely use it, but it's nice to have and is really just a bonus for the account that I need.
I was having trouble with getting some forms designed the way I wanted. They took the time to go into my account and make my form look exactly the way I wanted it. No one else would do that, I've tried trust me.

Using Instapage

I've tried all of the other landing page services on the market, and this is literally the easiest to use. I am not a designer or software developer, just a simple guy and if I can learn how to use it, anyone can. That's what won me over. Their support and pre-made templates are awesome, but the usability is what I love!
