Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used ION for one of our big projects. It was a fun interactive platform that did as expected. It was pretty easy to pick up but I would still make sure you can a direct contact to reach out to if you get hung up.

Return on Investment

It did a great job at connecting the dots across multiple pages but could not follow that data through in an efficient way to HubSpot.

Alternatives Considered

I did not pick ION so I can't speak into this.

Likelihood to Recommend

It was great as a visual platform but as for integrating to our CRM system, it didn't work out as well. It was also hard to get support while actively building.
