Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light

We use ISL for customer support, workshops and development discussions with our clients.
  • simple to use
  • easy to exchange files with customers
  • program is not using much resources
  • connection is save and enrypted
  • Only thing we are missing is possibility to talk to customer from within ISL (we now use Skype for this purpose)
  • It reduced time for updating our software on customer side significantly
  • Bug fixing is easier, since we can see the problem directly on customer side
ISL is much cheaper and doesn't use much resources. it is simple for customers to use
