We use ISL for customer support, workshops and development discussions with our clients.
- simple to use
- easy to exchange files with customers
- program is not using much resources
- connection is save and enrypted
- Only thing we are missing is possibility to talk to customer from within ISL (we now use Skype for this purpose)
- It reduced time for updating our software on customer side significantly
- Bug fixing is easier, since we can see the problem directly on customer side
ISL is much cheaper and doesn't use much resources. it is simple for customers to use
