Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Learn

We use iSpring Learn to train new hires. We also use it for continuing education purposes for current employees. It allows up to train in a more efficient way and train more people in a smaller amount of time. It also creates consistency in what everyone is learning.

Pros

  • Organize information
  • Creating quizzes
  • Tracking progress

Cons

  • A way to send a link to the app when people first sign up
  • Show the length of videos in the setup so we can see how long each course is
  • Less clicks when getting to course/track outlines
  • Return on investment
  • Reduce hours spent on training
  • Created consistency in what is being trained
They have always been very helpful and friendly.
More user-friendly and compatible with our business.

iSpring Learn is very easy to adapt and use. The app is very helpful for our staff to use on the go. The flow of courses is very easy and straightforward. Very good overall and would recommend it. Also, the customer service and onboarding were great.

As per your cons, 1)Could you please elaborate a bit how you add uses to the account: manually or you’ve turned on the “Enable sing up for users”? Here is the instruction on how to enable self-registration in your account: https://docs.ispringsolutions.com/ispring-learn/enabling-sign-up-22613543.html 2)Before publishing your course, you can count the length of videos and set up the Recommended Duration to this course: Go to General tab of your course  specify the course Recommended Duration.
