Overall Satisfaction with Join.me
We used Join.Me for conference and video calls for staff meeting at my previous organization. We tried using it as a cross multiple sites but we found some features were not very intuitive for staff who are not familiar with technology.
- The platform is visually appealing
- Connection is stable most of the time
- The content sharing feature can be sharpened up a lot to make it more reliable
- An option to combine users who are using their computer video and a phone for audio would also create less confusion on larger calls
- There is really none because we have switched to using Teams which integrates better with our workflow since it is a Microsoft product.
- Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business (formerly Lync)
Join.Me was a legacy subscription that carried over, there was no longer a need or desire to use Join.Me when everyone is so accustomed to Teams.
