Overall Satisfaction with JumpTrack

JumpTrack is very handy. Our company uses it for Supply's and Furniture. It is a great tool to look at to make sure the customer has received items or that actually haven't recieved their items. JumpTrack has only been down once in the past two years that I have been using it.

JumpTrack is able to show whether the customer is actually telling the truth or just trying to get money back. (That does happen often) We are able to see the signatures of actually customers and able to make better business decisions.
Yes. We have customers calling about 2017 products and we can tell if they are telling the truth or not.

When a customer says they haven't recieved any product and can look and make sure there is a signature there and or if the driver hasn't got a signature. I had a customer call and said they haven't recieved their items I was able to see they were telling the truth and able to give them a credit.
