Overall Satisfaction with Kaspersky EDR Expert
Virus protection and password management are the main uses. We do not utilize any of its VPN capabilities; those are handled in another software.

Product capabilities combined with cost/benefit to the organization.
Lives on desktops and runs underneath, so daily monitoring or upkeep is minimal; our IT Director is able to operate it as needed.
Overall, the suite of benefits and more reasonable cost per user/license to the organization were the key components affecting our decision-making.
