Overall Satisfaction with KeePass

We are using KeePass for sharing password for various shared systems, important notes, login data, product keys, etc. and storing them locally. This solves issues of having these thing stored individually on different users and of course having it much more securely stored. This also eliminates unnecessary password resets since everything is neatly stored in one place.
  • It is very secure
  • Great password generator
  • Easy to organize
  • Visual upgrade
  • Adding "simple" option with hidden advanced features
  • There was no negative impact on business
  • On the positive side, it saves a lot of time and confusion
I am privately using Bitwarden and compared to KeePass, it's a lot easier to set up in a browser, but it doesn't have a standalone application.

It's particularly great for storing shared login data for more users or very secure storage of single-user data. It also has an internet browser extension for integration into the browser, but it requires some additional setup, unlike other password managers that are installed in a couple of clicks and are immediately ready to use.
