Overall Satisfaction with Keepit
We are using Keepit to back up our Microsoft 365 tenant. It seamlessly backs up all email, OneDrive, and SharePoint data.
- Intuitive portal with a friendly dashboard summarizing the backup and restore jobs
- Item-level restoration is straightforward. Options for direct restore or download to PST are very helpful.
- Easy onboarding and fewer maintenance activities

- Administrators have more time to work on other important activities and projects
We performed a few restorations of OneDrive and Email data & never had any issues with it.
Administrators rarely have to spend time on Keepit to perform maintenance. It gives us more time to focus on other activities.
We considered two other products and chose Keepit as it was far simpler than the other two products to set up and maintain.
