Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Care

Khoros helps me communicate with my customers as easily as possible. Has different queues to separate my different work. It does have a few glitches at times but overall it is minor.
  • Separate work queues.
  • Sends in the tickets in a timely manner.
  • Analytics is helpful in keeping track of my progress.
  • Glitches when adding tags.
  • At times when assigning a ticket, the other agent does not receive it.
  • Notifications for private messages.
  • Analytics has helped me meet my metrics.
  • Separating different queues has helped me keep everything organized.
It's good, but it could be better if it were able to notify us on private msgs we receive to meet metrics.
Decent, we have different sites, and it all depends on the big man how much we get.
