Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Care

One of our clients used khoros care for the web chat and interacting with their end users. We integrated Khoros care to get the omni channel feature where our clients had multiple social media platforms where their customers used to engage and they can reply to each and everyone through this one single platform.

Most of the things they claim work fine but they can still improve on certain areas as ease of integration, the pricing can be matched better as its a bit on the costly side. Other than these things its a great platform for social media integration at one place without any hassle to log into various famous platforms separately to cater to customer queries and issues
Scalability can be improved a bit, its difficult and costly to scale easily. It takes a bit of effort and lot of money if you want to scale it for many channels and people at once.
Implementing the platform was not a big hassle for our client, it was seamless and easy we just had to follow a few steps and it was done. Just scaling was a bit of an issue but it got resolved with time and a bit of effort at both ends.

If you have a single platform where you can interact with your customers from different social media channels then Khoros care is the best thing out there. All messages from different platforms are available at one place so there is nothing one can miss with customer satisfaction is paramount for you. It also has a great moderating feature where you can deliberately post things with proper approvals in place.
