Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing
We use Khoros for social media moderation of our accounts across Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. The columns allow us to filter based on level of risk to prioritise our moderation since we get a very large volume of social media comments (i.e. our Facebook page has over 4.5 million followers).
- Provides columns to sort social media comments
- Columns are customisable
- Dismissing comments is quick and easy
- Filters don't always work
- The hide comment feature can be buggy and sometimes randomly stops working
- Manually refreshing columns is tricky to deal with high volume accounts
- Helps with quickly seeing comments as they come in live
Allows us to sort for defamation risks against individuals/public figures.
