Khoros is being used globally across various departments. It is being used to manage user permissions at varying levels.
- Scheduling content is really easy to do.
- I like how Khoros will work with our link shortening and custom vanity URL to create links that are concise and include tracking.
- The content library makes it easy to share content globally and in a single location.
- Posting cross-channel is not as easy. Sometimes we need to recreate the post from scratch when scheduling on multiple platforms.
- It has helped with governance in working with our various markets.
