Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo

Our digital marketing team leverages Klaviyo for our eCommerce clients in order to help them maximize their owned-channel revenue through customized, personalized, and automated email marketing flows through the Klaviyo platform. Klaviyo offers a robust set of automation tools, including abandoned cart, browse abandonment, and welcome series automation, that are must-haves for eCommerce marketers at online retailers of any size.

Klaviyo is the perfect mid-market option. It has more features, especially around automation than Mailchimp and AWeber (plus a Shopify and Shopify Plus integration), and holds its own upstream against larger enterprise options like Emarsys, Listrak, and others at that level. I can't think of a better option for eCommerce brands doing between $1MM-$50MM in online revenue.
Klaviyo is great for smaller and mid-level eCommerce stores, and offers functionality and features closer to that of enterprise-level software for pricing closer to that of entry-level competitors like Mailchimp and AWeber. It's pricier, yes, but the features pay for themselves. Our agency's own email marketing is done through Klaviyo and it's our most frequently-recommended software. If you need a beefier solution within an all-encompassing ecosystem, Emarsys, Salesforce, or Adobe might make more sense for your specific storefront.
